Aicklen Optics uses UPS for all of our shipping needs. Since UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you must use your street address. If you receive a shipment from us that is damaged, please contact UPS directly to make a claim. Please contact us if we can help you with your claim.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Aicklen Optics within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact us for an RMA number prior to shipping your return. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item. All shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Please ship to the following address and put your RMA number on the package:
